Se naste Raed Arafat, fondatorul SMURD
La 24 mai 1964 se naste Raed Arafat, medic roman de origine palestiniana, fondatorul SMURD. In septembrie 1990 a inceput sa puna bazele Serviciulului Mobil de Urgenta Reanimare si Descarcerare (SMURD) la Targu Mures, devenit ulterior serviciul medical national de interventie rapida.
