Se naste Victor Hugo
La 26 februarie 1802 se nastea Victor Hugo, scriitor francez, autorul celebrului roman social Mizerabilii. In acest roman critica societatea burgheza prin intermediul unor personaje aflate la limita saraciei (decedat la 23.05.1885).
